Embedded Paper Tube Legs
The cylindrical legs are a distinctive feature of Ta Yen paper pallets. Their shape reflects a construction method designed to improve pallet durability.
Conventional paper pallet legs are often glued directly to the underside of the deck. An accidental impact from forklift or pallet truck forks can detach a leg, potentially destabilizing the load and damaging valuable air freight cargo.
Our paperboard processing technology allows each leg to be bonded inside a recessed circular groove in the deck. This embedded construction provides greater tolerance of handling impacts than conventional surface-bonded legs.
Ta Yen paper pallets have been adopted by technology manufacturers in Taiwan, including Canon's optical operations, for applications involving precision and high-value equipment.
